1. Systems Engineer

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum eighteen (18) years experience in a technical role. • Minimum twelve (12) years experience as a system engineer developing and fielding large-scale systems. • Minimum five (5) years direct experience with Intelligence Community or SIGINT capabilities. • B.S. degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.). • Full system life cycle experience, with demonstrated ability to write system engineering documentation. • Ability to deliver technical presentations to large audiences.

Specific desirable qualifications:

Significant hands-on experience in the following areas desired:

• Deep knowledge of Red Hat or other Linux variants, including use of: o YUM o RPM and APT-RPM o Troubleshooting of NFS, NTP, BIND, APACHE, etc o Installation of software and firmware • Development, integration, debugging, and testing of SIGINT systems.

 

Desirable certifications:

• Professional certification in Systems Engineering orthe acquisition related fields, or equivalent commercial certification is desired, but not required: o INCOSE ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is also helpful.
